Typical Holding Period
We are flexible in our strategy, which tends to vary depending on the quality of the submarket in which the property is located. We typically hold indefinitely properties we both acquire and develop in primary, "A" submarkets, hold value-add properties we reposition or stabilize for 5-7 years in secondary or emerging submarkets, and flip properties we develop in secondary or emerging submarkets.
Execution Capabilities
Fee simple interest, distressed or stabilized debt acquisitions, seller financing, loan assumptions, partnership interests & buyouts, auctions, off-market transactions, rehab-to-suit development projects, and ground-up development projects.
